LITTLE NINJAS

3 & 4 yrs

Little Ninjas is an action-packed class for ages 3–4 that builds agility, coordination, strength, balance, and confidence. Students develop essential skills like gripping, swinging, jumping, and safe landings while learning proper rolling and introductory flipping on both floor and trampoline. These foundational movements form the building blocks of parkour and gymnastics.

BRONZE

AGES 5+

Ninja Bronze introduces athletes to the fundamentals of ninja training, parkour, and gymnastics. Students develop agility, coordination, strength, balance, and grip while learning how to safely swing, jump, land, roll, and flip on the floor and trampoline.

Skills needed to promote to Ninja Silver include:

Falling drills

Safety vault

Plyometric and stride jump series

Grip strength for obstacle training

SILVER

AGES 5+

Ninja Silver is an intermediate class for athletes who have passed Ninja Bronze or completed a placement evaluation. Students continue building strength, balance, and coordination while learning to confidently traverse obstacles, perform precision jumps, and develop swinging skills on lache bars and hanging obstacles.

Skills needed to promote to Ninja Gold include:

Shoulder roll

Kong vault

Monkey bars

Conquering the 8′ warp wall

GOLD

AGES 5+

Ninja Gold is an advanced class for athletes who have passed Ninja Silver or completed a placement evaluation. Athletes work on efficiently navigating more complex obstacle courses and refining their movement skills.

Skills needed to promote to Ninja Advanced Gold include:

Bouncing back tuck

Punch front tuck on floor

Traverse Cannonball Alley

Conquering the 10′ warp wall

ADVANCED GOLD

AGES 5+

Ninja Advanced Gold is our highest-level class for athletes who have passed Ninja Gold or completed a placement evaluation. Students master parkour and ninja fundamentals, applying them in back-to-back, competition-style obstacle circuits that test strength, agility, and precision.
